Susha Panicker, MSN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC

Susha is a dual ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) with over 16 years of experience. She began training at the University of Detroit Mercy, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She completed her Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy. She received a Post Master’s certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Michigan Flint. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. Susha possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by her natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition. As a PMHNP, Susha’s role is multifaceted, including that of educator and mental health advocate. Susha values interdisciplinary and inter-professional collaboration for a patient-centered approach to health and healthcare.
