Psychological AssessmentKaren Donoughe, M.S., M.A., L.P.C., Director of Adult Assessment at RCBM, discusses our psychological assessment services. Psychological assessment is an integral part of our treatment model at RCBM. It can be undertaken for many different purposes, including seeking diagnostic clarification; assessing intelligence, functioning, memory and cognition; exploring career interests and aptitudes; or establishing a diagnosis to support the acquisition of accommodations for school or standardized tests.
Clinical Research Trials
RCBM is currently involved in clinical trials on the following research topics:
- Major Depressive Disorder (trial for adults ages 18-65)
- Anxiety (pediatric patients ages 6-17)
- AD/HD -Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder: (Children and adolescents ages 6-17)
- Smoking cessation study for adolescents: (ages 12-19)
